About Prepress Setter Services
A Dubai-based technical services company for the printing industry.
What we do
Prepress Setter Services FZ LLC installs, repairs and maintains prepress and printing equipment, with a focus on Heidelberg and Fujifilm machinery used by newspaper and magazine printers.
We also provide remote computer and printer services to companies on the UAE mainland, covering the workstations, printers and software that sit around the machines.
Print production runs to deadlines. Our job is to get the equipment working, keep it working, and tell you plainly what we found.
How we work
Diagnose first
We find the cause before replacing parts, so you pay to fix the problem and not to guess at it.
Remote where it helps
A remote review often saves a trip, and helps an engineer arrive with the right tools when a visit is needed.
Maintain to avoid downtime
Scheduled servicing catches wear early, which is cheaper than an unplanned stop in the middle of a run.
Report clearly
Every job ends with a plain summary of what was done, what was replaced and what to watch.
